Sonos is soon going to be expanding its line up of speakers with a new member: the Sonos Move. Unlike most of Sonos speakers, the new Sonos Move will do things a bit different, starting with Bluetooth support.

Previous leaks already revealed some of what the Sonos Move is going to be about, but WinFuture has come out with some new pictures of the Sonos Move. The blog has leaked some marketing images for the product, revealing how it looks in real-life. And according to them, the device’s design is similar to existing Sonos devices, and it also comes around the same size as the Sonos One.

The special feature for the new Sonos Move is the fact that it’s portable and can be moved around. And for that, Sonos built some new features like adding Bluetooth support along with the usual Wi-Fi support. This is, in fact, the first Sonos speaker to support Bluetooth playback, so it’s kind of a big deal. The device also supports digital assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant with six microphones that allow it to hear your voice.

Sonos is also working on a new feature called Auto Trueplay, according to The Verge, which allows the speaker to use its built-in microphones to hear the audio output itself and tune the audio output accordingly. This is something we have seen on devices like the Google Home Max, but Sonos could be bringing it to a more affordable speaker with the Sonos Move.

Sonos Move can also be moved around by simply undocking itself from the charging stand (you can charge via USB Type-C, too). It’s not clear exactly when Sonos plans on launching this product or how much it will cost, though considering it’s already readying market images, the launch probably isn’t far off.
